This fee includes taking professional marketing photos, showings, detailed applicant screening, generating a lease agreement, and a detailed photographic move-in inspection
Renewal Fee

We strive for long term tenants and long term leases. Keeping turnover low is our main priority. This fee includes negotiating a new rental rate, writing a new lease, and doing an annual inspection of the property.
